What if There’s Something Wrong With My Order?

You have the option of cancelling your order within 24 hours of order confirmation email. If your order arrives with damage or defect, please contact support@luminaryblueprint.com for assistance. Please attach a digital image showing the problem with the order. Do not ship the package back to us.

Return Policy

If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, please notify support@luminaryblueprint.com within 30 days of your order’s shipment date to receive a replacement copy. 

Note: We are not responsible for the quality of the content (including misspelled words, grammatical errors, etc.), formatting, design or overall book appearance and will not provide refunds for those reasons.
