Any physical products purchased will need to be printed and bound before they are shipped to you. Normal production times are 5-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Express and Expedited delivery methods deliver Monday through Friday.
Possible Delays & Additional Shipping Information
Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive. We are not responsible for delivery delays outside of our control and will take no action on these orders during that time.

For shipments to Ireland, a 7-digit Eircode is now required. Please ensure this is entered in the Postal Code field to avoid shipping issues.

U.S. P.O. Boxes: For orders in the United States shipping to a P.O. Box, please use US Postal Service shipping (OSM BPM or Priority).

Please note that Ground, Expedited, and Express shipping cannot be used because FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Military & Diplomatic (APO/FPO/DPO): You must use OSM BPM or USPS Priority shipping. Ground, Expedited, and Express shipping cannot be used. To ensure your order is sent via USPS, make sure the country chosen at the shipping step is the United States of America.

Please note that shipments addressed to Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, and Armed Forces America are supported. Select the option that best fits your Armed Forces shipping destination.

Local Customs and Immigration agencies determine duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country.

These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to shipment failure or late delivery.

Priority Mail services may require extra transit times and may take up to 28 days to complete delivery.

Orders shipped with Priority Mail that do not arrive within 28 days may be eligible for a reorder at the discretion of support@luminaryblueprint.com

Please allow additional transit time when shipping outside of the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO addresses, and other US territories).

If transit times exceed 14-21 days, please contact support@luminaryblueprint.com, who, at their discretion, may place a reorder.
When Will My Order Ship?
It can take more time before your order ships because books are printed on demand at printing facilities around the world.
Please Note: Printing times may be slightly longer than average estimated print times during high-demand seasons
How Do I Know if My Books Have Shipped?
Shipment notifications are sent to the email address entered during checkout once the books are packaged for delivery. A tracking number will be included in the email if the method chosen during checkout was traceable.
How Can I Track My Shipment?
The shipping confirmation email will include your order's tracking link, if applicable. Clicking it will open the tracking page on the site of the carrier for your order.
Note: There may be a 48-hour delay between the time you receive your shipping notification and the time your package is scanned into the tracking system.
Where Will My Book Be Printed?
Whenever possible, your book will be manufactured and shipped from the printer closest to the shipping destination.
The global network of printers produces books based on the best fit for the job in a given region of the world. Some of the factors that determine where your book will print are: order quantity, page count, delivery destination, etc.
Note: It is not possible to select which printer an order will be shipped from.
Special Addresses
Prisons
Before ordering, please take a moment to learn of any specific delivery restrictions. For example, prisons typically do not allow coil-bound or hardcover books and require delivery via mail.
Note: We will not refund or reorder an order that is returned from a prison
How Do I Calculate the Shipping Cost?
To see the available shipping options and cost of the book you wish to order, add it to the cart, adjust your quantity, and enter your shipping address.
Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses With One Order?
It is not possible for one order to be shipped to multiple different addresses. There can only be one recipient per order and a separate order must be placed for each shipping address.
Can I Change My Order’s Shipping Method?
It is not possible to change the shipping method once an order has been placed,
You can cancel the order if it has been less than 24 hours since you placed the order by sending an email to support@luminaryblueprint.com and select the correct shipping method when reordering the book
Your book has already entered the printing process and shipping changes cannot be made if it has been more than 24 hours.
Note: If you cancel an order, a PENDING payment will continue showing in your bank account. This cancelled payment will be cleared by your bank based on their procedures. We will not collect money for cancelled orders.
